The US East Coast High Speed Rail Project
 (Brief Introduction)
      
1.      Establishment of the US East Coast High Speed ​​Rail Co., Ltd.
On December 4, 2013, the FIC Board further approved for FIC Business & Financial Centers and China Railway Investments Group (CRIG) to “organize a Delaware Corporation in the USA for the East Coast Speed Train under discussion with the Obama Administration, Governor of New York, and Mayor of New York for the Washington DC New York Bullet Train, subject to approval from China Railway Investments Group. The ultimate structure of such corporation will be discussed later after further consultation with other principal parties. Irrespective of the final corporate structure, China Railway Investments Group will be the General Contractor of the Project, after they agree to the initial Delaware Corporation to be setup between the two companies”.
 CRIG agreedto jointly establish the Delaware Corporation in the USA for the building of East Coast Speed Train, with CRIG being the general contractor for the project.
 
2.      Division of responsibilities to shareholders of the US East Coast High Speed ​​Rail Co., Ltd.
2.1 FIC is investor for the project, responsible for obtaining government approvals and financing for the east coast high-speed rail project.
2.2 CRIG is general contractor for the project, responsible for project planning and design, construction, equipment supply, ongoing maintenance, operations management and the like.
 
 
 
 
3.      Directions of Business Development for The US East Coast High SpeedRail Project
3.1 Develop the passenger and freight rail transportation as  primarily business.
3.2 Develop secondary business associated with the passenger and freight rail transportation.
3.3 Property development along the rail routes and the surrounding areas.
